The interviews were simple, there were 3 different interviews over the 3 week period, mainly to corroborate the level of English and familiarity with the responsibilities of the position. Finally there are some skill tests to be taken after the last interview. After that I was contacted with an offer, after I accepted, we agreed with the company on an entry date and I took the medical exams for the role, the company without much explanation beyond "a role review by corporate order" decides to cancel my entry to work (do they really do the role review AFTER the position has been on the market for more than a month? Ok) I consider it very irresponsible and a mockery to seek candidates for a position that they then close, not during the interview process (which would have been the respectable option), but during the process of joining the company where they had already requested all my personal and professional background documents to create my "WORKER file". All this happened with a time difference of less than 1 week before the agreed entry day. I definitely do not recommend working in a place where if they are this irresponsible with a supposed new worker, I do not want to imagine how it is for those who already work there.
