Psychological Assessment Resources interview questions

3-4 interviews with core associates. Be prepared for multiple assessments (online and in-person). The interview questions were extremely generic. Makes you jump through multiple hoops throughout the interviewing process. They are very selective about who they hire.

It was really weird. The whole place felt like a cult. They had me initially interview with one guy, which was a lengthy interview. Then they took me into a room with two other ladies and I had a second interview, they asked me the exact same questions and I basically had to repeat everything I just said for another 45 minutes. THEN after all of that I had to take 2 SAT type quizzes that took absolutely forever. The hiring manager from the start told me they do not typically hire people with my academic background. So why make me go through that extremely lengthy interview? It was a complete waste of my time.
