1. Written test using case studies - technical questions to test your analytical thinking and knowledge
2. First Interview with Deputy Director or Assistant Director - structured interview questions were asked, focusing on their job scope to ensure you understand what you are signing up for
3. Second Interview with Director

Interview
1st Round - Video interview + Written Assignment. The video interview is timed and done online, at one sitting. However, there are practice questions for you to rehearse until you are ready to do the actual one. The rehearsed and actual questions are not the same. There are 2 questions to the written assignment, you are given about 1 hour or so to complete and submit them online.
2nd Round - Case Presentation + Panel Interview. The case statement is given to you a few days before the scheduled interview session. Can present in any form, but the recommended one is PPT. The panel consists of at least a HR representative, the department head (hiring manager) and your prospective reporting supervisor.
