I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PublicRelay (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2019
Interview
They called for a 'phone screening' which lasted for 1 hour and it had a lot of situational and analytical questions that actually should be part of interview process. They get you by surprise without any time to prepare. After that I was invited for an online assessment which they give you 30 minutes to summarize 4 articles. This process was not very interesting as they are very technical and you don't have much time. Twice as difficult if your main language is not English. I didn't pass this step.
The interviews were very long and there were multiple rounds. The questions were very random. Also everyone round was very similar. There’s also a phone interview before you start the interview rounds.

Question 1
How much would it cost to wash the windows of our building?
Multistep process with multiple managers, some logic based questions that don’t have much to do with job. Interview questions are relatively repetitive. Nothing to worry about if you know your stuff and can talk up your experience.
