The process was two zoom interviews. They said my only downfall was not speaking Spanish, so don’t apply if you don’t. The thing that annoyed me most was being rejected after both interviewers told me I was the perfect candidate. Also, the email saying “dear candidate”, after two interviews the least you can do is not send me a generic message and actually put my name.
