They took freaking 2 months to conduct 4 rounds of interview only to reject me after taking my documents by saying that they are looking for a female candidate.
I was about to drop my papers to my current employer believing these people . Worst HR, does not even respond to your mails. I went through depression because of this and hope all these AHs burn in hell

First round interview with recruiter, basic confirmation of qualifications.
Second round interview with team lead, to gauge fit and appropriateness of hire with job role.
Third round interview with senior management, company culture and values and mission.
