Interview
3 rounds, first being a phone screening with talent team. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager and another team member that ask general questions on why you want to join, what your experience is and then ask some media knowledge questions. The last round with senior members of the team with a brief case study to respond. About a 3-4 week process.
