In short a clear, concise and effective interview process. The HR Team were great offering support throughout the whole process! There were 3 rounds, last 2 interviews being 45 minutes long.

Case Study on a patch brand and asked to pull a fully fledged multi-media campaign together.
Two rounds of interview and the interviewers were considerate and punctual. HR had no clue about the profile though, also the profile committed was not given and the candidate post joining was left in soup. The Company needs to be more considerate on profile requirements.
