The first interview was by telephone, with the manager of the department. It was paritally a get-to-know conversation, and also a detailed vetting of my experience in each previous job role. Next, I had a phone interview with several members of the team. They asked more general knowledge technical questions, with a range of difficulty, and also some get-to-know questions. Finally I had a third phone interview with the senior management. That conversation was more about why I wanted to work for Publix, and fairly thorough questions about professional goals on varying time horizons.
