The interview process was pretty standard. I went through 2 different virtual panel interviews. I believe both of the interviews lasted for 30 minutes. I felt the interviews went well and I was excited to proceed with the company. They then conducted a reference check that took 1 month. They spoke with all 4 of references and everyone said how great it went! I followed up via email one week after they contacted my last reference, and I never heard back. I was a bit disappointed because I felt excited about the opportunity to join the PSESD. However, more than anything... I just felt confused and a bit irritated. It would've been nice to have been acknowledged, even if it was just a quick simple email letting me know another candidate had been chosen.
