      Copywriter Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PulseCX

      Interview

They reached out to me via a recruiter and I came in for two in-person interviews. I met several people on their team each time, but the main person driving the process was their creative director. I was then told via email that they were very interested in me and were readying an offer. Several days later, they asked me to come in again for an interview with a new team member. The agency was an hour away from both my home and current job, so I asked to do it via phone. I met with this person, it seemed to go well, and I sent a thank you, which they responded to by assuring me again that an offer was on the way. After that there was radio silence. I followed up with the creative director and he ignored my emails. I finally contacted the HR representative and she informed me that they'd hired someone else, but asked if I was interested in a job that had absolutely nothing to do with copywriting. Years later when they rebranded to PulseCX they asked me to come in for an interview and I refused.
