I applied online. I interviewed at Punchdrunk in May 2024
Interview
There was a welcome introduction from the managers where they explained the nature of the production and the job role. After this we got into groups to complete an exercise. Once this was done we were called individually into a separate room to have a 10 minute 2:1 interview.
A good audition process, it was good to meet members of the creative team and have a workshop style audition. Good communication and was told I was unsuccessful rather than chasing.
A zoom call. Very straightforward process with Head of Department, Lighting associate and production manager. Next day I got an offer by mail. I took me a month to join and 6 months to leave them because another offer.
