Pure Industrial interview questions

One chat with recuiter, one interview with hiring manager, one 4-hour case, 1.5 hour presentation. A lot of rounds and time spent in interview with this comany. It a tedious process and not worth the time. I have never heard of any role at this level requiring a 5.5 hour case and presentation. It was basically doing work for them for free. I lost patience after the case because no empolyer should ask for a 4 hour case and not paying the candidate. I did not want to go work for them after the process. Pay offered was well under indutry average.
