      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pure Power (Hoboken, NJ) in Oct 2024

      Interview

      The interview was conducted in 3 phases. The first one was HR, the second one was more technical with a project manager, and the third was an in-person panel interview with two different teams of project managers. The third phase was most technical, asking about previous experience in depth and testing electrical power knowledge and NEC.
