Thank you for your feedback. As a small company, the interviewing and hiring process is very important to us. Every new-hire becomes a large and important member of our team. Because of that, we have invested a lot of time to ensure that our interviewing/hiring process is fair and thorough.
For every position, our goal is to find the best overall fit – not only for us, but for our clients and you as the candidate. We use historical experience often as a guide, and feel that no matter how old, it can really help us understand what people bring to the table. We also hope that connecting you with a wide range of employees during the interview process gives better insight into who we are and how we work together. We will try and be more transparent about both of these practices going forward. We also apologize if what we can only assume was our CEO's administrative assistant, who has an office adjoining hers, was disturbing to you -- we definitely strive to maintain the strictest of confidence during the interview process.
