Applied through recruiter email followed by phone screening with account manager. Then phone interview with hiring manager. I had to reach out several times to two different recruiters from Pyramid Consulting to hear updates regarding my role. Turns out, the hiring manager already moved on with another candidate and they already started background check process. Unless you are the top preferred candidate, it's hard to get an update and recruiters will stop communicating.
