Halting and uninformative process. Just a series of failures on Pyramids part to keep any deadline, promise, or schedule. In the end they stopped returning calls and emails, and this was after the job was offered and documents were signed and submitted.
Not even capable enough to be considered incompetent.

Everything they asked in the interview was related to what they needed to fill in the response to the RFP for the position that they were interviewing for.

Interview
I received a call from the recruiter asking skills and experience and reading the position requirements. Several calls and days later, we negotiate pay and he schedules an interview with the client. The client interviewed me and made a decision within a week.

Shravan, asked me about my skills and experience and then read the requirements about the position. In the client interview, i was asked about my past experience and understanding over construction and technical matters.
