It was done online. I had no phone call or any in person meeting. They were in need of workers and it seems to be a popular process when companies our hiring for northern projects.

It was just a phone call with a couple quick questions to make sure I could handle camp life and the travel to get to the job site. Admin people are very friendly and understaning even when i had to push my start date a week.
