Q-Lab Elecro-Mechanical Assembly interview questions

I interviewed with two managers. They both asked specific questions about my prior work experience, my work style, and possible scenarios. I also asked questions which they happily answered. They provided a tour and answered all of my questions. I asked to see the lunch room which they complied. One manager asked why I wanted to view the lunch room. I mentioned that I noticed a correlation between employee treatment from employers and the condition of an employee lunchroom. I complimented the lunchroom that provides beautiful window views of the surrounding wooded area. Within minutes, I was offered the position.
