QEMS interview questions

The interview process at QEMS Inc for the Electrical Test Engineer role was a direct 1:1 technical interview with the CEO, lasting around 1 to 1.5 hours. The discussion was mostly focused on testing my basic electronics knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and practical approach. I was asked questions like my work as a Verification Engineer, experience with PCBs, working of 3 electronic devices (Transistor, Capacitor, Diode), and how I would troubleshoot a bad circuit board. The interview was friendly, technical, and more like an interactive discussion.
