Online application, personality and cognitive online testing, another personality online test, phone interview with basic behavioural questions, assessment centre inclusive of a team activity requiring negotiation skills, presentation skills, ability to work effectively, leadership and delegation skills and a one-on-one interview with one technical question.

Standard set of behavioural questions plus career aspirations. Negotiated a salary but when they gave me offer, never mentioned it was for $30k less until I saw the paperwork. Poor communication between HR departments. They wondered why I had to rethink and renegotiate salary!

First is the phone interview where they ask you about what you know about the company. Also also you to answer haw you would response to a safety incident. This is follow by a face to face interview which is Generally relax and easy pace
