Very Professional; thorough; multiple interviews that commenced with a phone screen. The type of questions asked were behavior based and covered various aspects of the responsibilities and roles related to the position.

Interview
I was told to pick up an application for the guard shack at Tyson Foods. Filled out the application and turned it in the same day. Within the week i was contacted by phone and met with the Supervisor as he would perform the interview face to face. The Supervisor was although seemingly rushed and busy remained very professional. He would ask general questions about your past employment and what you may know about the field you are applying for. It was quick and to the point with no real need to dress business professional. Go casual.
