Applied through LinkedIn. They called up and set up an online chat with the department manager.
Round 2: About 10 days later, got called in for a face to face with the Director. They make you sweat over strategy, asking how you’d build a campaign for specific target groups and why you’re making this career switch.
Round 3: Right after the Director, they squeezed in a standard HR chat. Just the usual corporate formalities what are your expectations, did you like the office vibe, etc.
Round 4: Another 10 days passed, and they set up an online meeting with the EVP. There were three random guesstimate market sizing questions. Like guess the monthly sales for a flagship retail store, and a volume puzzle based on room capacity.
All of the people I interview with were rlly nice and polite however its been exactly two months since that final interview, and I heard absolutely nothing. No rejection, no offer literally ghosted. As a working professional, I spent my limited time preparing for 4 separate interviews, completing assessments, and doing everything they asked. The least they could do is show some basic respect for my time and give a definitive yes or no instead of total radio silence.
