I had a group interview process. The whole process felt a bit rushed, but that was kind of understandable. The line was long and the Manager was helping the crew take orders.

Interview
The interview took 2 weeks, it wasn't a very difficult process. I applied, they did a phone interview, then had me come in and I did a regular in person interview. The process was fairly quick and I was hired on the spot.
