I applied through my school's career center. A short time later I was contacted by hr via email to schedule an interview. There was no phone screen, only an in person interview. I was interviewed by two engineers and the hr. They were very nice and professional. After the interview, one of the engineers gave me a tour of their warehouse and we chatted about the products they made and are working on.
