still considering the opportunity need tk go through entire process to figure out but am interested to learn more and this may take more time and so i will up with interviewing
4 steps process , phone, in person and ride along, offer and training, all simple like that! Was a average interview and nice conversation, feedback about my skills and experience in my formers jobs

I applied online. I interviewed at Qualchem (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Met in a hotel, which is one of the companies accounts. Met with manager who was 30 mins late. Goes through what the position is about but VERY briefly....you tend to have more questions than answers the entire time! "You are dealing w/housekeeping, maintenance etc and they don't care bc its not their money so try to get more and more out of them." That was scary! Within 5-10 minutes, the manager is done and basically telling you its easy and would like to schedule a ride along.
Thank you for your comment. After a review of your comment Qual Chem has not found out what was wrong except for either Qual Chem did not accept you or you chose not to take position. We apologize our manger was late. They are usually traveling between 3 states . This can lead to scheduling conflicts. Our clients are frequently late for their appointments or no show. So this would be a red flag for Qual Chem not to accept this interviewee. Qual Chem respects the time of the interviewee. Qual Chem pays the manager to travel to interviewee's territory so the interviewee does not have to travel. Qual Chem generally has a four interview process. 1st phone interview. Everything is discussed. If interviewee is in agreement a personal interview is set up. Interviewee is given a line card and procedure manual to take home and read after personal interview. Generally personal interview takes an hour . If you were interviewed for 5 to 10 mins manager may have already decided you were not a match. We hope you find a career more suitable to your liking.
