Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter. I didn't make it past the technical interview, but it was a pleasant process and would still like to work there. I wouldn't hesitate to interview again or refer friends.

It's a pretty lengthy process. There are many technical challenges (4 in total) that are all an hour each, and that's just the hurdle to get to the behavioral rounds. None of it is impossibly difficult, but it is pretty exhausting to go through so many rounds. Only two of the rounds really have "hands on" work that you can expect in your day to day as a SWE, the other two are more abstract.
They also aren't very conversational challenges either, they will require full attention end to end. You won't be discussing anything technical, instead you will be sharing your screen and observed for every assessment.
The team though is full of friendly people, and nobody was a displeasure to speak with. It is a much longer than average hiring process though, so be prepared to set aside in total about 5~6 hours end to end.

Question 1
Various technical challenges that must be completed, not a lot of questions.

Interview
Thorough and fair. Good people work here. Three rounds but none out of line. Fairly standard process. No “work for free” projects or gotcha questions. Purely trying to look for fit on both sides.
