HR contacted me via LinkedIn about a position and asked me to schedule a call. After our conversation, I was told I would hear back the following week. Two weeks passed with no update, so I sent a follow-up email but received no response. A week later, I followed up again and still did not receive a reply. Unfortunately, I was ultimately ghosted by HR. It would have been helpful to receive a brief update or closure, especially after they initiated the process.
