Qualitest Manager-Manual Functional Testing interview questions

They has scheduled 2 rounds of interview: 1. With a Manager: 1. Basic QA Methodology. 2.Few Technical Questions 2. With Associate VP: 1. Comes in 5 mins late for Interview and later apologize thats ok. 2. Asks complete managerial questions like: 1. Whats Matrix. 2. Whats KPI. I explained to him that im lead presently and not taken up the role of Manager. He says then im looking for a person who can take upon Managerial responsibilities. If that is the case then why did you invite Lead for a Interview :( Qualitest please work on your managers/AVP. You just don't need MBA/Management people to handle the Products. I totally feel they have very less knowledge on technical and only talk w.r.t Budget,Matrix,SLA's,KPI with a Technical Lead. :( You definitely need Tech experts to run the Products. :).
