Interview
30min interview at lunchtime. Acknowledged that they couldn't offer me the reasonable salary for this role. Severely underpaid within the market. Really strong focus on sporting capabilities... although this is also competitive, it doesn't mean that a candidate is ideal for sales. The interview was far too casual. Comfortable experience though.

Interview
The interview process is rather long and there are multiple stages in the interview process. It starts with a 1:1 interview with a recruiter, then an online pre-recorded interview that asks more in-depth questions and is timed, and lastly a Skype interview with one of the sales managers.
