Interview
The interview process was quite smooth for me, I first did a telephonic interview and then was invited for an assessment to write on site. It was more of a technical assessment, nothing too hectic. After passing the assessment then I actually went for the actual interview. A bit intimidating but the recruiter was really nice. It’s more of your experience and how you handle customers. It really wasn’t a lengthy process at all.

I was not informed as to why the outcome was not accepted, which feels unfair to me and others involved. It seems unjust because some candidates received the opportunity to rewrite their submissions, while we did not.
