One guy from the management team approached me without knowing the Job Description. Had to reschedule the interview for 2times due to management availability... cleared the first round with ease. But when it's time for the 2nd round the delayed and finally when they took it, man it was something else. I clearly said to them that I am a MERN/MEVN stack dev. But they were asking question from spring-boot, j2ee etc. The interviewer doesn't have the basic understanding or JS or Reactjs or Nodejs(a fun fact he doesn't even know what is the difference between the window object and global object).
