Relaxing and everything explained.in a straight forward manner,no hard questions,just common sense answers required,made to feel relaxed in the interview process,,not a big group interview just 2 managers doing the intervuewing.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quarriers in Feb 2018

2:1 with service user brought in to ask a couple of questions. Interviewers had listed questions in table format and spent most of their time looking down at their papers and writing notes.

Question 1
Be prepared to be able to list every single thing you have done since leaving school. They will not tolerate any gaps, even if you've had a career spanning over 30 years. Just be ready with the list. They'll follow that up with a spreadsheet for you to complete with start and end dates for everything you ever did.
They will give you a set of scenario questions and you've to consider the situation and respond with how you'd deal with it. Bit daft really if you've never done that kind of work before. All work at Quarriers is form box ticking and form filling. You'll spend longer on that than with the person supported.

was all good and professional spoke with manager and one of the team leaders and hey took me through what was expected of me and how would i deal with the people we serve and told them i would help to the best of my ability
