Generally 2-3 rounds of interviews including an HR round. The process generally moves quite quickly. The questions are more of HR in nature than technical. You'll be judged on the communication skills. The process is overall quite easy.

Not that good... they were showing off about the company and demeaning others.i didn't find it to be that good.
They will negotiate package like anything.but make sure you stick to your part.
