There were only one round of interview which took a week to confirm once they confirm you can updated your documents online its self no need hard copies and there will be induction you need to attend.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quess (Bengaluru) in May 2024

Screening with recruiter followed by assessment
Then technical interview with client.
No feedback received after multiple follow up. Awaiting for the results.
Though interviewer made the situation comfortable however there were too many sql and power bi questions.

There was no shortlisting or a group discussion. They interviewed all applicants. The interview was CV based and very generic. No technical questions were asked. Dont know on what basis they select people.
