I think it varies depending on location. One location was very chill, just talked about what experienced I had and what the job would be like. Another location had a set of questions asking what you would do in certain situations and also some questions like order of draw, what tubes would you use for certain test.

Very good. Straight forward and professional, did not waste time and had good communication throughout the whole process. Looking forward to actually getting started and working there soon. I have nothing negative to say.

Had first and second interview - seemed like everything went well, was told that they would be in touch. Never heard anything back, sent a follow up email - no response. Was completely ghosted.
