What was a difficult situation you once dealt with and how did you overcome it ?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Quest Events (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2014
Interview
I was a walk-in. The company was is always looking for crew members, I happened to be at the right place at the right time. Quest does conduct interviews with new employees who aren't referred. I however never had a legitimate interview. Just a one on one talk with the GM and OM at the time on what the job position entailed to.
