Quest Global Full Stack Web Developer interview questions

There is an open drive. The first round was written, there are two programs and one SQL query, the difficulty level was medium followed by two technical rounds. It takes 4 hours for first round they very slow worst management. First technical is based on all .net stuffs it was quite good. After 2 hours, Second round is based oops, my projects, logics, JavaScripts questions. I cleared all the round and then hr told me we have a very positive feedback for you and we will call you. I got a call next day regarding joining process, I submitted all the documents and mentioned my expectations(30 % hike). I haven't recived call from them for next 7 days. After then HR told me we could only give 15 %. I said ok please send me the offer letter. But I didn't receive any offer letter. They are very cheap in terms of money please be carefull. They wasted my whole one day.
