Interview
Interview was on time, I did not have to wait more than 5 mins.. Interviewer was a friendly and warm person! As we walked to the interview room, I was given some idea of how the company works with another company which was next door, and how the management was very strict on rules against using any type of USBs or charging the phones via company machines as they worked with sensitive data!
The interviewer seemed nervous herself once we got to the room and seemed like she was not prepared to interview... She kept shuffling through the papers and notes and was having difficulties focusing

Interview
Initial interview process was via email, phone interview and after 6 months of no contact finally a phone call requesting an inperson interview. At that time met with Program manager and HR admin and the next interview (which was a different date/time) met with project team. It took about 2 weeks after that meeting for them to make an offer.
