Interview
I had to take a short accuracy test first, comparing strings of letters and numbers for matches or mistakes. I was later told the test is mostly to judge whether you prioritise speed or accuracy. After that I had the interview with two employees. The questions were mostly generic interview questions but with a large emphasis on whether I would fit in with the company culture.
