They were dressed very casual so not to make an intimidating atmosphere. The were very bubbly full of energy and asked simple questions and made the entire process feel like a conversation rather than an interview.

Interview
Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
