Very direct, easy going interview process. Controller wants to make sure interviewee is capable of doing the job fast and accurate. Speaking on the phone is a vital part of this position.

I received a phone call for a interview. They gave a brief description of the job position, hours to be worked and starting pay rate. Pretty straight forward with no fancy words or bs. At the end they offered a in person Interview.
