Qwinn Marketing interview questions

I had their recruiter call me on the phone. We talked about the details of the role and she asked me some simple questions. During that call she invited me in for an interview. The first interview was very simple! I met with the CEO for about 15 minutes and he explained the job in terms of the day to day. After that, I was invited for the 2nd interview. This was about half an hour, again in the office with a manager. They mostly told me about their experience and why they are in this business.

Three step process. 1. Telephone 2. One on one. 3. Group interview The whole process was scripted and I understood they were asking the same questions to all of those who attended the interview. What the guys actually does is a door-to-door sales. And they hide it from you in the job posting. I wonder why companies are playing with the job seekers.
