Interview
Phone interview with a panel of interviewers. Fairly standard questions most of the time but one of the interviewers took an interrogatory tone and seemed set on trying to pull out negative information; that's person also occasionally interrupted the other panel members. I didn't like the vibe at all and felt it reflected poorly on their team. Was fine with not hearing anything back and I didn't pursue it further as it didn't seem like a good fit for me.

Question 1
How do you prioritize requests from multiple managers?
Asked for unpaid spec work. Interview was with 2 managers, one saying I would be a "cog in the machine" (love the transparency there) and the other behaving with an air of superiority and condescension.

Interview
3 rounds - HR, manager and written - fairly straight forward, good communication. Very professional and I strongly recommend applying to this company. The company has good credentials and is a great starting point in research and consulting roles.

Interview
They sent me a writing and analysis test with the wrong instructions (and a hilariously bad typo). I called about this and was told not to worry about the test or spend a lot of time on it, but still do it, without ever receiving the right instructions. I’m not sure how that is a fair test but OK. I had a one-hour phone conversation with an HR person that was pleasant enough, but they did most of the talking and mentioned that their salaries were below the market, which was odd. As requested, I sent them sample work and references, as well as the completed test. I never heard from them again.
