The interview process with R/GA was very smooth, direct, expectations were clearly set from the start. R/GA's clients are very renowned and challenging, so their bar is high. Something to highlight is that they make you feel from the start, that getting into R/GA is not easy, only very skilled professionals make it, which makes you feel very valued -- and that is how you feel once you are in, too!
