I would have to say this was the most bizarre interview experience I've had throughout my years in the industry. After a high-level creative recommended me for the position I completed a series of phone and video conference interviews with parties from all departments. The people were great and we had some fabulous conversations. Throughout the process I worked with a single HR contact who was great in coordinating all the conferences, however after about 3wks and 4 interviews she was fired. At that time another HR associate contacted me and provided me with the details of the offer. We negotiated and came to a deal that was scheduled to be delivered on that Friday, about two days after our final conversation. I have YET to hear from anyone at the company. I followed up with both the HR department and my contacts within and no one has an answer. I was just left hanging and not one person ever contacted me to tell me anything about why the offer was never delivered. It was completely disrespectful - if this is how they treat people they are recruiting, I can't imagine the disregard they have for actual employees.
