The Interview Process was brief: Phone Interview, 1 inhouse Interview, Offer letter. However, I had a recommendation that I believe helped push this process faster than normal. Regardless, It was a very good Interview Process. Have work prepared to show that communicates what you're good at and highlights your chops in Technology. Fitting into the culture of R/GA is very very important. Make sure you know R/GA and their history as they will expect you to understand.

Interview
This was a very simple interview, quick and to the point. They wanted to know if I knew my stuff and I did therefore they hired me. No silly games, no interviewing with non-programmers just a nice casual interview with technically minded people. To be honest it was very refreshing that they moved so fast. The team I interviewed with were the same team I worked with which was also nice.
