I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at R&R Engineers - Surveyors (Denver, CO) in Apr 2022
Interview
Normal interview. Applied via email - knew someone. Nice office, and generally an easy interview. I was interested in the role. They never got back to me. I understand if you didn’t want me to get the role - but you’re a terrible company if someone dedicates time to come in for an interview and you never get back to them with a yes or no. Definitely dodged a bullet if that’s how you treat people.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at R&R Engineers - Surveyors (Denver, CO) in Jun 2013
Interview
They must have read some sort of management book because this was the weirdest interview I have ever had. Study up on your psychology as they will try to pick questions to trap you. They didn't really care about experience, only if you were "a good fit" for the company. It obviously isn't working as they go through employees pretty fast.
