Applied for a event admin role hr called for a phone interview and mentioned they had a volunteer programme manager role i did tell them i had not done this but they pushed for me to interview for this role over the other one saying I had the transferable skills. In the end gave it to someone who had direct volunteer experience feel like they completely wasted my time.

It was very chill and easy going, with lots of examples as whta they were looking for, so if you have examples and understanding it wil be a good place to work

I was referred to the company by a mutual contact. When I met the interviewer, I was intimidated after learning the requirements of the position, but they were very approachable and answered many questions. I felt I didn't have enough time to present my own credentials, so get into that right away!
