Interview
Very few questions asked, salary and benefits laid out at the start of the interview. Little room for negotiation, but not a difficult interview at all. They will most likely make promises they have no intention of keeping.
Applied online, scheduled a Zoom interview, interviewed for about 20 mins with the interviewer, she was really nice, answered all of the questions I had about the job and the benefits.

Describe how I see something I do now in my current job being helpful to the job responsibilities
They found me through Ziprecruiter, and contracted me through that website. There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was pretty casual, and the second round was focused on learning more about the company.
